At Feast & Fallow, we believe good food and coffee have the power to create real community. We’re passionate about making spaces where people feel they belong and where what we serve makes a difference. Much of what we do each week is made possible by volunteers who share that heart.
Our volunteer program is a space to give back while learning valuable café, kitchen, and barista skills. From crafting espresso drinks and baking bread to helping with events, you’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about people, sustainability, and food system reform.
🌱 What you’ll learn:
- Coffee and espresso basics
- Kitchen prep and food handling
- Hosting and event support
- Customer interaction and teamwork
🌱 What we require:
- Has a passion for community, bread, coffee, people and having fun
- The ability to commit to one shift per week (between Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM)
- Able to commit to serving at Feast and Fallow as a volunteer for at least 3 months
- Good personal hygiene and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- No cafe/barista experience necessary, just a desire to learn :)
